Great post here Oz, you're very close to a distinction here because of your depth of analysis of questionning types.
To achieve distinction you need to:
1. Concentrate on body language of interviewer and interviewee. 2. Discuss which questions might be 'developing' or 'building' questions that are going to lead on to a bigger point or question, and which are there to provoke an emotional response. You're almost there with your point on Frost/Nixon.
